Mandag kommer nye regler for 1 million pensjonister med fripoliser

 

Rundt regnet 1 million nordmenn har fripoliser som i dag er låst til en rentegaranti. Mandag åpner nye regler for at man selv kan bestemme hvordan pensjonskapitalen skal forvaltes.

Fra mandag kan rundt 1 million nordmenn selv bestemme hvordan verdiene i fripolisen skal plasseres - Fripoliser med investeringsvalg.

– De nye reglene vil gi kunder med fripoliser økt valgfrihet. De som ønsker det, kan få større innflytelse over hvordan pensjonskapitalen skal forvaltes, og dermed også et større ansvar for egen pensjon. Vi har derfor fastsatt regler som vil bidra til at kundenes rettigheter og interesser blir ivaretatt på en god måte, uttalte finansminister Siv Jensen i juni da regjeringen besluttet at de nye reglene skulle trå i kraft fra 1. september 2014.

Men å bestemme selv hvordan alderspensjonskapitalen skal forvaltesdet krever at man har satt seg godt inn i de nye reglene, for takker man for eksempel først nei til den garanterte avkastningen, fanger bordet.

Det er flere forhold som avgjør hva som er best for hver enkelt, men mange vil kanskje mene at å plassere pengene i aksjer kan gi en bedre avkastning enn 3,5 prosent årlig over tid.
Men det kan også være slik at mange har kort tid igjen før de skal begynne å ta ut pengene og da er det ikke sikkert det er så smart å takke nei til den garanterte avkastningen. I hvert fall ikke når børsene som nå er på all-time high.

Har derimot børsene falt kraftig stiller det seg helt annerledes.
Pensjonsøkonom Knut Dyre Haug i Storebrand forklarer hva de nye reglene går ut på og hva man bør ta hensyn til.

Ser at regjeringen foreslår skattetrekk fra vanlige pensjonsmottakere for å hjelpe minstepensjonistene,men dette falt ikke i god jord hos de fleste.  Ville heller foreslå en ´spleising´ mellom regjeringen og KUN de med de aller høyeste pensjonene som ikke skulle ha synderlige problemer med å vaere med på ´spleiselaget´.

Heldigvis har Per Sandberg en tillitsfull arbeidsgiver som anerkjenner hans egen evne til å disponere arbeidshverdagen sin. Pensjonen nedjusteres nå litt hvert år, slik at en minstepensjonist vil ha mindre å rutte med om 20 år enn i dag. Landet skal bli rikere, men minstepensjonistene skal bli fattigere. Forstå det den som kan.

Må du gå av som 62-åring fordi du er utslitt, kan du få 30 prosent lavere pensjon som straff for at du ikke klarte å stå i jobb til du var 67 år. De som vinner på det nye systemet er akademikere og kontorister som har lettere for å stå i jobb til de er 70.


Forsikringsbransjen er den største vinneren. Hør bare hva utviklingsdirektøren i Vital sa før reformen ble vedtatt: «Pensjonsreformen kan gi oss større markedspotensial. Volumet i det private markedet vil gå opp. En del av pensjonssparinga i samfunnet blir privatisert.» Effekten viste seg rett etter at reformen ble innført. Forsikringsbransjen tjener fett på at folk bekymrer seg for pensjonen sin.


Politikerne har dyttet ansvaret for å spare pensjon over på hver enkelt. Det er noe unorsk og hjerterått over det. Dette er et system hvor mange vil falle utenfor og bli mye fattigere enn de er forberedt på. Jeg mener stortingspolitikerne må svare på hvorfor de har lagd et slikt system. Hittil er det ingen som har prøvd å få rettet opp i skeivhetene. Den rødgrønne regjeringa innførte pensjonsreformen, og Høyre og Frp viderefører den.


Siv Jensen gjør ingen ting med urettferdigheten, selv om hun i valget i fjor lovte å stoppe «pensjonsranet». Ett år etter har ingenting skjedd.

Slettes ingen gode nyheter,og igjen skal de svakeste i vårt samfunn, minstepensjonistene, være taperne i budsjettoppgjøret.


Dette er ikke mindre enn et grovt overgrep mot en liten gruppe mennesker og et utilgivelig forræderi fra tidligere lovnader før valget,fra både Siv Jensen og Erna Solberg.


Ser heller ikke at de fortvilede kårene til minstepensjonistene bosatt i utlandet får nevneverdig plass i  rapporten som i disse dager settes isammen  for stortingspresentasjon av Marius Reikerås.  

Er av den oppfatning at han har hendene fulle med barnevernet og dommer som ikke er i samsvar med menneskerettighetstraktaten og har ikke tid eller anledning til å sette seg skikkelig inn i de mange problemer som har rammet utvandrede minstepensjonister,til tross for grundig og omfattende informasjon tilgjengelig i tidligere poster i The Otium Post.  
Han kan kanskje være oss behjelpelige til å få fjernet Kildeskatten?

Viktige nyheter for pensjonister i inn-og utland

Rapport over eldres rettigheter i inn- og utland.

Nå har vi sjansen til å få de eldres rettigheter på kartet. Innen 8. oktober, skal det legges med et grovutkast på ulike rettsområder, der lovverket må bedres. Utkastet skal så bearbeides, og en endelig rapport skal være ferdigstilt innen midten av januar 2015.

Den skal distribueres via Rettssikkerhetsgruppa til Stortingets medlemmer.

Vi må lage en ca 20 siders lang rapport, der vi påpeker de områder som vi mener er urettferdig og levere til Marius Reikerås,Rettssikkerhetsgruppa  innen 6 oktober?

Går vi langt nok tilbake i denne bloggen finnes det meste av opplysninger og materiell.  Det står fritt til den enkelte å klippe/bearbeide det som veier tyngst for vår sak.

Men,det er viktig å opptre saklig og kortfattelig så rapporten ikke blir for tunglest.

Rettigheter iflg. Norsk lov og The European Court of Human Rights.

1. Ingen ny lov skal ha tilbakevikende kraft §97 Norsk lov.

2. En stat kan ikke frata eiendom tilhørende en borger som flytter til en annen stat. (ECHR)

3. En stat kan ikke forskjellsbehandle en liten gruppe borgere med samme rettigheter ved flytting til en annen stat. (ECHR) 

ALLE rettigheter som tilfaller minstepensjonistene i Norge er fratatt minstepensjonistene som har flyttet ut til forskjellige land,ofte grunnet ekteskap.  Dette må det ryddes opp i umiddelbart. Minstepensjonistene bosatt i Norge har bl.a. gratis medlemskap i Folketrygden. Da det ville være tungvint med innsending av refusjonskrav for helseutgifter i utlandet,ville jeg foreslå at det i stedet innrømmes et ´Helsetillegg´på 15% av 3 x grunnbeløpet til delvis dekning av de høye private helseforsikringene man må betale. Utvandrede nordmenn sparer staten for millioner,så det ville være et ganske rimelig krav.

4. Multilaterale avtaler som forhandles med andre land for å unngå dobbeltbeskatning må
også ha en spesiell paragraf vedr. forskjeldsbehandling av utflyttede borgere vedrørende deres rett til skattefri pensjon basert på det skattefrie minstelønnsbeløpet fastsatt i hver stat. Det vil si,er minstelønnsbeløpet lavere i den tilflyttede stat enn i den fraflyttede stat,betales ingen skatt i den tilflyttende stat,med mindre borgeren tilfører seg inntekter fra den tilflyttede stat.

5. Enhver tilflyttet borger som er skattepliktig til begge land skal kun skattelegges av den tilflyttede stat, differansen mellom de to skattekrav, i følge skatteoppgjørsdatoen i det tilflyttede land.  D.v.s.  er skattesatsen i utflyttingsstaten f.eks. 27%, og 15% er forhåndstrukket i Norge,skal kun 12% betales per måned til tilflyttingsstaten. Dette gjelder ikke minstepensjonistene som skal behandles som nevnt under punkt 4. over.

6. Minstepensjonsbeløpet som er basert på 2 x grunnbeløpet bør løftes til 3 x grunnbeløpet med dagens leveomkostninger som f.eks. for Sao Paulo,Brasil´s vedkommende ligger høyere enn Oslo på verdens statistikken over leveomkostninger.

What are we up against ?

WHAT ARE WE UP AGAINST?

European countries has failed to inform.

They governments have failed to inform the people of Europe that Saudi Arabia have spent more than 87 billion USD abroad the past two decades propagating “true Islam”. The bulk of this funding goes to the construction and operating expenses of thousands of mosques, madrassas and Muslim cultural centres throughout the world. These Islamic institutions are now found in every single country in the West - all over Western Europe.

Muslims differing from Islam: Many people have a Muslim neighbour who is a fine man, and from this empirical fact they conclude: Islam cannot be all that bad considering our friend Mustapha. This one empirical fact gives them a tremendous resistance against all information about Islamic intolerance. People usually reduce the world to their own sphere of experience, and general historical facts of Islamic fanaticism are not allowed to disturb the private experience of good neighbourly relations.

Many nominal Muslims have retained some vague generalities about morality from the Quran, and they normally go by their own conscience and sensibility without ever developing the doctrinally prescribed hostility towards non-Muslims. These good people, although bad Muslims, can ignore but not change Islamic doctrine. They cannot prevent the Quranic message of hatred from infecting at least some of the more susceptible among their brethren and perhaps even their children or grandchildren in the future.

There have certainly been situations where sane Muslims have calmed down their more riotous brethren, and such individuals do make a real difference. We should not make the Islamic mistake of judging people simply by their belonging or not belonging to the Muslim community, rather than by their human qualities. But the fact remains that the presence of a doctrine of intolerance as the official and identity-defining ideology of a community, exerts a constant pressure tending towards separatism and confrontation. The alleviating presence of the humanist factor even within the Muslim community should not be used to deny the ominous presence of Islamic factors.

"Those who deny history are bound to repeat it":

While Nazism is simply too stained to get a second chance, Islam is certainly in a position to force unbelievers into Dhimmitude (as is happening in dozens of Muslim countries in varying degrees), and even to wage new jihads, this time with weapons of mass-destruction. Those who are trying to close people's eyes to this danger by distorting or concealing the historical record of Islam are effective accomplices in the injustice and destruction which Islam is sure to cause before the time of its dissolution comes.
