UK CANNOT stay in EU 'through back door' May warns her Cabinet: We WILL forge new future
THERESA MAY has wasted no time in reminding her senior Cabinet members "Brexit means Brexit", as they meet for the first time since their summer recess today.
DAILY EXPRESS - By JOEY MILLAR PUBLISHED: 08:34, Wed, Aug 31, 2016
The new PM told her Cabinet this morning: "We must continue to be very clear that Brexit means Brexit, and we are going to make a success of it.
"That means no second referendum, no attempts to sort of stay in the EU by the back door."
Today's Cabinet meeting is taking place at the Prime Minister's country retreat Chequers, where working on the UK's divorce from Brussels will be at the top of the agenda.
David Davis, Boris Johnson and Liam Fox, whose new Cabinet positions will heavily focus on Brexit, are all present at the meeting.
She told her colleagues it was "a very significant moment for the country, as we look ahead to the next steps that we need to take".
The PM said: "We have the opportunity to forge a new positive role for the UK in the world, to make sure that we are that Government and country that works for everyone - that everyone can share in the country's prosperity.
"So there are challenges ahead but it's an important and significant moment for us and I think we have real opportunities to develop the United Kingdom and ensure that it does work for everyone in the UK."
Number 10 has insisted there is "no legal obligation" for Mrs May to consult Parliament before invoking the Article.
The comments leave open the possibility that negotiations could be launched without the approval of MPs being sought and Parliament could debate the issue without a formal vote taking place.
Downing Street has also confirmed that Mrs May will not hold a second referendum or an early general election to give voters the chance to sign off on any deal struck between the UK and the EU.
Mrs May is also using the the Cabinet meeting to compare Tory party unity with the turmoil within the Labour Party, despite reports of an ongoing feud between the ministers in charge of the main Brexit departments: Boris Johnson, Liam Fox and David Davis.
The UK's future outside the EU will be a key issue during the Prime Minister's first full week back at work following her summer holiday in Switzerland as she travels to the G20 summit in China at the weekend.
The summit will represent Mrs May's first international trip outside Europe as Prime Minister and she is expected to use it to highlight post-Brexit opportunities to other world leaders.

The Cabinet meeting at Chequers has prompted the SNP to accuse the Government of showing "breathtaking complacency".
The party's European affairs spokesman Stephen Gethins said: "It is over two months since the result of the Brexit referendum and ministers are only now being asked to come up with their ideas about how it might work at a 'country house away day'.
"This is breathtaking complacency from a government that got us all into this mess in the first place."
How Donald Trump Figures into the llluminati's 2016 Election Plans
Every week since the Donald has filed, I've heard stronger and more incendiary comments against immigrants, war heroes, and women; yet predicted consequences continue to elude the controversial candidate. In fact, the opposite is happening. Mr. Trump continues to gain support. His poll numbers are rising faster than a souffle on steroids, and his popularity knows no bounds leaving me to ponder what all of this means.
Initially, I thought that Hillary Clinton would capture the electorate. She's an established Illuminati candidate and a conspirator for both 9/11s (World Trade Center and Benghazi. Her campaign logo also indicates this connection with the arrow flying through the two vertical lines of the "H" which more closely resembles a plane flying into two towers than a letter. Given the imagery and her past, I figured she was an obvious favorite by the secret order.
Then Trump entered, which came out of nowhere. And what makes this so perplexing is that he is a senior Illuminati member. He's one of the guys who pulls the strings from the shadows. Now, he's shaking up the political scene by offsetting the establishment candidates. What could the purpose of all this be?
One theory is that he has run afoul of the secret order and is "going rogue" to show what he can do. This would explain his unusual campaign strategies and the media's relentless pursuit to assassinate his character. He's so familiar with standard political brainwash that he knows how to break through it and get a message across. Maybe, he had a falling out with the Bilderbergs or wanted to go with an alternate plan for introducing the NWO. Regardless of the reason, he could become a real spoiler if elected.
Another idea is that he is the Illuminati's main choice and is intended to usher in Armageddon. This would fit with his aggressive personality and jingoistic foreign policy. Instead of diplomacy, the Donald would negotiate with smart bombs and tactical nuclear missiles, exactly what's needed to end the old order and begin the new. Can you imagine Hillary dropping the nukes and ordering legions of tanks into endless war? I don't think so either.
A third possibility is that Trump is merely a shadow for the order's "real" candidate, and given how much press he's getting, this is also a viable explanation. There Ire 17 Republican presidential hopefuls at the beginning, more than I've ever seen. One of them will become the nominee and maybe win the general election. Trump's bombastic campaign may be little more than a screen for someone like Marco Rubio or Ted Cruz to cement his allegiance with the Illuminati honchos. It certainly wasn't Jeb Bush who withered when insulted by Trump.
As of now, I have a better idea as to what Donald Trump's true purpose is. Now that Super Tuesday has come and gone, I see the mainstream media is steadily heaping on the attacks. Just check out every single news outlet. They can't disparage the man enough. This is definitely a sign that he is not the Illuminati's pick. At first, the order thought it could use the Donald's maverick campaign to its advantage, but that has clearly changed. The Illuminati is now desperate to stop him and have aligned every last entity it has to do it whether it be Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, or the BBC. They have even called upon their old pawns Mitt Romney and John McCain. All of them agree on one thing, Stop Trump!
Just take a look at Marco Rubio's heartless rhetoric. He's little more than a talking head for the Illuminati. He has no record in the Senate and literally did nothing while he was the speaker of the Florida House. He's little more than empty promises veiled by a despicable Illuminati agenda.
I feel the same way about Ted Cruz. The man definitely must have taken the oath of the Illuminati while he was at Princeton. To understand what he is all about, you need to look back at his tenure as a clerk in the Supreme Court. While there, he was far more calculating and analytical than he is on the campaign trail where he pretends to be religious in effort to con voters.
Trump, on the other hand, has broken ranks with the Illuminati. In an effort to defeat him, the order has summoned all hands. It also makes sense that Jeb Bush was the Donald's first primary target. The Bush family has some of the strongest Illuminati's ties in the entire world. Trump was playing it smart to destroy Jeb's credibility on all fronts before a single vote could be cast.
If elected, Trump will restore our country by ending the globalization of America which is mongrelizing our civilization and ruining what makes us great.

TRUMP HITS ONE OUT OF THE PARK
Exclusive: Joseph Farah lauds Republican for calling out Dems on inner city failures
Conservatives have been complaining for decades – and rightfully so – that Republican presidential candidates don’t take the fight to the opposition, they don’t fight on offense, they contend only for the votes of those who support Republicans without thinking about the alternative.
The last presidential candidate who really contended for all voters won in a landslide – twice. His name was Ronald Reagan.
Of course, he was a polished communicator. His political instincts were avowedly conservative. And he had a disarming smile.
Donald Trump doesn’t have all those characteristics.
But this week he delivered one of the most avowedly conservative speeches America has heard in 50 years, contending for the Democratic votes, minority votes and inner city votes.
It was a masterpiece.
What do YOU think? Sound off on Trump’s big ‘law-and-order’ speech in Milwaukee
If this is any indication of where Trump is taking his campaign, it may be headed to a much higher and more effective plateau than we have seen through the primaries and conventions.
He’s taking the fight right to the Democratic Party and its friends in the media and political establishment.
In Milwaukee Tuesday night, Trump made a direct, undisguised and coherent bid to peel off a percentage of black votes that have gone uncontested for too long in presidential contests – notably those of Mitt Romney, John McCain, George W. Bush, Bob Dole and George H.W. Bush.
He did it without apology, without sounding patronizing, without compromising conservative principle and without fear of attacking Democrats where they are most vulnerable – in the results department.
Stepping into a city ravaged by riots and mayhem for days, he pledged to make American cities not only more safe, but more prosperous, more productive and more free.
He attacked Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party for taking minorities for granted, exploiting them for political gain without improving their lives over the last 50 years.
“Law and order must be restored. It must be restored for the sake of all, but most especially the sake of those living in the affected communities,” he said. “The main victims of these riots are law-abiding African-American citizens living in these neighborhoods. It is their jobs, their homes, their schools and communities which will suffer as a result. There is no compassion in tolerating lawless conduct. Crime and violence is an attack on the poor, and will never be accepted in a Trump administration.”
He called for more police in America’s poorest communities and more effective policing.
Experience more of Joseph Farah’s no-nonsense truth-telling in his books, audio and video products, featured in the WND Superstore
“Just like Hillary Clinton is against the miners, she is against the police,” he said. “You know it, and I know it. Those peddling the narrative of cops as a racist force in our society – a narrative supported with a nod by my opponent – share directly in the responsibility for the unrest in Milwaukee and many other places within our country. They have fostered the dangerous anti-police atmosphere in America.”
Trump continued: “Our job is not to make life more comfortable for the rioter, the looter, the violent disruptor. Our job is to make life more comfortable for the African-American parent who wants their kids to be able to safely walk the streets. Or the senior citizen waiting for a bus. Or the young child walking home from school. For every one violent protester, there are a hundred moms and dads and kids on that same city block who just want to be able to sleep safely at night. My opponent would rather protect the offender than the victim. Hillary Clinton-backed policies are responsible for the problems in the inner cities today, and a vote for her is a vote for another generation of poverty, high crime and lost opportunities. I care too much about my country to let that happen.”
While the Republican Party establishment has ignored the themes raised by Dinesh D’Souza in his poplar new book and movie, “Hillary’s America,” and others, including Ben Kinchlow, author of “Black Yellowdogs,” regarding the history of the Democratic Party and its political exploitation of blacks, Trump embraced them, saying, “It is time for our society to address some honest and very difficult truths.”
“The Democratic Party has failed and betrayed the African-American community,” he said. “Democratic crime policies, education policies, and economic policies have produced only more crime, more broken homes and more poverty. Let us look at the situation right here in Milwaukee, a city run by Democrats for decade after decade. Last year, killings in this city increased by 69 percent, plus another 634 victims of non-fatal shootings. Eighteen to 29-year-olds accounted for nearly half of the homicide victims. The poverty rate here is nearly double the national average. Almost four in 10 African-American men in Milwaukee between the ages of 25-54 do not have a job. Nearly four in 10 single mother households are living in poverty. Fifty-five public schools in this city have been rated as failing to meet expectations, despite ten thousand dollars in funding per-pupil. There is only a 60 percent graduation rate, and it’s one of the worst public school systems in the country. One in five manufacturing jobs has disappeared in Milwaukee since we fully opened our markets to China, and many African-American neighborhoods have borne the brunt of this hit.”
About these shocking statistics, Trump said, “To every voter in Milwaukee, to every voter living in every inner city, or every forgotten stretch of our society, I am running to offer you a better future.”
Then he made the direct challenge for the votes of minorities few expect him to win.
“The Democratic Party has taken the votes of African-Americans for granted,” he said. “They’ve just assumed they’ll get your support and done nothing in return for it. It’s time to give the Democrats some competition for these votes, and it’s time to rebuild the inner cities of America – and to reject the failed leadership of a rigged political system.”
His campaign theme, he said, comes down to “Jobs. Safety. Opportunity. Fair and equal representation.”
Then he accused Mrs. Clinton of racism.
“We reject the bigotry of Hillary Clinton which panders to and talks down to communities of color and sees them only as votes, not as individual human beings worthy of a better future,” he said. “She doesn’t care at all about the hurting people of this country, or the suffering she has caused them. The African-American community has been taken for granted for decades by the Democratic Party. It’s time to break with the failures of the past – I want to offer Americans a new future. It is time for rule by the people, not rule by special interests.”
And there was more.
“It’s time to break through the television noise, the entrenched interests,” he said. “I understand that a lot of powerful people in our political system – a lot of people who’ve created our problems – will lose a lot of their contracts, and their special gigs, if African-American voters, and all minority voters, support my campaign. It’s time to stop making the special interests rich. It’s time to make the American people rich. I am going to make America wealthy again.”
He reminded voters that the Democratic Party has run nearly every inner city in this country for 50 years, and run them into financial ruin.
“They’ve ruined the schools,” he said. “They’ve driven out the jobs. They’ve tolerated a level of crime no American should consider acceptable. Violent crime has risen 17 percent in America’s 50 largest cities last year. Killings of police officers this year is up nearly 50 percent. Homicides are up more than 60 percent in Baltimore. They are up more than 50 percent in Washington, D.C. This is the future offered by Hillary Clinton. More poverty, more crime, and more of the same. The future she offers is the most pessimistic thing I can possibly imagine. It is time for a different future.”
All I can say is “wow!”
This is what I was hoping to see when I wrote a column days ago suggesting Trump needs to stop winging it in off-the-cuff remarks on every non-essential issue he tweets about and start pounding on the issues that are destroying America.
This is encouraging.

CNN’s Cuomo comes right out and admits it: ‘We couldn’t help Hillary any more than we have’

Op-ed views and opinions expressed are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent the views of BizPac Review.
It’s no secret that CNN and pretty much the entire American media, save Fox News, is sold out for Hillary Clinton.
Witness CNN’s Chris Cuomo, the man who called Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort a liar and debated Rudy Giuliani for 32 break-less minutes on the ridiculous liberal interpretation of Trump’s Second Amendment statement, wax eloquent during a 2014 segment during which he and another host were discussing Clinton’s potential entry into the race.
“It’s a problem because she’s doing what they call in politics “freezing pockets,” because the donors are giving her money thinking she’s going to run, that means they’re not going to have available money for other candidates if she doesn’t.” Cuomo said. “And I don’t think she’s going to give it to them. We couldn’t help her any more than we have, she’s got just a free ride so far from the media, we’re the biggest ones promoting her campaign, so it had better happen.

Hey, at least he’s being honest, for once. Regardless if it hurts them in the ratings, because it clearly has, the liberal media is determined to ride that broken down mule all the way to the halls of power because, for them, ideology is what matters, and theirs is the clearly the ideology of the Left.
Tore Christiansen - Never before have the US news media been used by an opposing party to slander a Presidential candidate like they are doing to Trump. The Democrats use the media, TV, Magazines and Hollywood like it was their own property. Even his own party is stabbing him in the back, after having elected him. The ´global elite´ must be truly scared. One by one,the cowardly Republicans emerge from their closets, showing they are really Democrats routing for Hillary. Never before has the evidence been so clear. We only have ONE party, the global elite´s Democrat party. The two parties have been created to fool the people into thinking they have a choice. What is important now,is not which party you vote for,but WHO you vote for, and WHO will give you back your freedom to make America great again. The means matters less than the result. This is an election choice between a slave-like existence with the global elite, which will get a lot worse, or someone honestly speaking FOR the ordinary people who have suffered too long under the curse of Illuminati/Bilderberg´s global elite who wants your soul.
NEVER MIND THE PARTY,VOTE TRUMP FOR FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY!!

Christi Blase - Well said, Tore. Americans need to step away from the false left-right paradigm. The Republicans and Democrats are two sides of the same coin WORKING TOGETHER behind the scenes. They parade in front of the public as two separate parties in order to create the illusion of choice and political diversity. But both parties are spearheaded by globalists on the same team, working for the same goal of creating a "New World Order" where the globalists rule the destitute and enslaved masses ensnared in the bondage of communism. That's why BOTH parties are viciously attacking Donald Trump, desperately trying to vilify him and derail his campaign at every turn, because Trump is not in "the club." Trump is a traditional nationalist who loves America and wants to help free us from globalism. Meanwhile, the top-ranking Democrats AND Republicans are staunch globalists who want to bury America deeper and deeper WITHIN globalism. If Trump wins, both parties (who are working together behind the scenes) know that they will completely lose control of their ability to continue to merge America into the "New World Order" system. That is why the establishment media is viciously attacking Trump from every angle non-stop while giving Hillary a free pass on everything, because Hillary is a fellow globalist. Unlike Trump, she's in "the club."
Mocks President Obama for 'helping us win the EU referendum'
But refuses to endorse Trump because it's 'a big mistake for foreign politician to tell people how to vote' . Farage admits even he winces at some of the comments Trump makes

Nigel Farage jetted in to the Republican National Convention (RNC) in Cleveland, Ohio today to offer Donald Trump's party tips on how he defied the odds to win the EU referendum.
Many Republican strategists are 'looking very closely at what we did and how we did it,' Mr Farage told an event at the RNC, referring to last month's shock vote in the UK for Brexit.
The outgoing Ukip leader won fans as he ironically thanked President Barack Obama for 'helping us to win this referendum' by urging voters to reject Brexit when he visited the UK in April.
He said this was the reason he didn't want to officially endorse either candidate in the US Presidential race, - insisting it was a 'big mistake for foreign politicians to tell people how to vote'.
But his warm comments towards Mr Trump and previously critical assessment of Hilary Clinton has left few guessing where his allegiance lies in the US election.

'I have to say, I wouldn't vote for Hillary if you paid me,' the Brexit champion told delegates at a breakfast event at the Republican National Convention today. 'There is that sense of entitlement,' he said, pleasing the Republican audience.
But Mr Farage admitted that even he 'winces' at some of the controversial comments Mr Trump makes, such as Mr Trump's contentious pledge to ban all Muslims entering the US.
TRUMP IS RIGHT: HERE’S PROOF HILLARY & OBAMA FOUNDED ISIS
Hillary even admitted U.S. created al-Qaeda, the precursor of ISIS
Kit Daniels - AUGUST 11, 2016 901 Comments (Videos to follow)
Trump Is Right: Here’s Proof Hillary & Obama Founded ISIS
Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are founding members of ISIS by bankrolling, arming and supporting jihadists in Syria and Libya to both destabilize the Middle East and expand the domestic police state.
Clinton even even admitted in 2009 that the U.S. government – staffed with many of her closest allies – was responsible for al-Qaeda, which morphed into ISIS.
“I mean, let’s remember here: The people we are fighting today we funded 20 years ago, and we did it because we were locked in this struggle with the Soviet Union,” she said.
Clinton continued:
They invaded Afghanistan, and we did not want to see them control central Asia, and we went to work, and it was President Reagan, in partnership with the Congress, led by Democrats, who said, “You know what? Sounds like a pretty good idea! Let’s deal with the ISI and the Pakistani military, and let’s go recruit these Mujahedin! That’s great! Let’s get some to come from Saudi Arabia and other places, importing their Wahhabi brand of Islam, so that we can go beat the Soviet Union!” And guess what? They retreated, they lost billions of dollars, and it led to the collapse of the Soviet Union. So there’s a very strong argument, which is: It wasn’t a bad investment to end the Soviet Union, but let’s be careful what we sow, because we will harvest.
She’s right: al-Qaeda was created by Western intelligence and has always been under the influence of the West, starting with al-Qaeda’s precursor, the Mujahideen of Afghanistan.
In 1979 the Mujahideen was America’s secret weapon in Operation Cyclone, the CIA project to arm and finance Jihadi warriors in a proxy war against the USSR.
It was geopolitical strategist and Clinton ally Zbigniew Brzezinski, then National Security Advisor under President Jimmy Carter, who used the Mujahideen to draw the Soviet Union into an unwinnable war in Afghanistan.
To aid in this endeavor, U.S. intelligence picked a mujaheddin fighter named Osama bin Laden to lead the Afghan resistance against the USSR and gave him the codename “Tim Osman.”
Tim Osman
He was chosen primary because his wealthy family was connected to the Bush family as a long-term business partner in the West.
The CIA also paid Osama to operate a “charity” front called the Maktab al-Khidamat (also known as the as Al-Kifah) which funneled recruits and money to the Mujahideen, and the US government later said MAK was the “precursor organization to al-Qaeda.”
And a few decades later, in 2012, Clinton’s State Dept. was backing al-Qaeda in Iraq, which morphed into ISIS, and other Islamic extremist groups as a proxy army to topple Syrian President Bashir al-Assad, a close ally to Russia and an enemy to Saudi Arabia, an Obama administration ally.
“The Salafist [sic], the Muslim Brotherhood and AQI [al-Qaeda in Iraq] are the major forces driving the insurgency in Syria,” a leaked memo between her State Dept. and the Pentagon stated. “The West, Gulf countries, and Turkey support [this] opposition, while Russia, China and Iran ‘support the [Assad] regime.’”
Hillary's State Dept. backed al-Qaeda in Iraq which later morphed into ISIS.
This secret document confirms that Clinton’s State Dept. – and the Obama administration in general – was directly responsible for the rise of ISIS.
The former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, confirmed the document’s importance.
“I don’t know that [the Obama administration] turned a blind eye [to ISIS], I think it was a decision; I think it was a willful decision,” he said.
The document likely stemmed from a discussion during the 2012 Bilderberg conference held in Chantilly, Virginia, in which participants envisioned a Syrian puppet government taking orders from the U.S. State Department, the European Union and NATO.
A couple years later, in 2014 a $1.1 trillion federal spending bill rammed through Congress provided a half-billion dollars to arm and train ISIS-linked Syrian rebels.
The spending bill authorized the Secretary of Defense $500,000,000 to equip “appropriately vetted elements of the Syrian opposition” who will defend “the Syrian people from attacks by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant,” but a few months before, ISIS signed a truce with the remaining rebel groups and they began working together against the Syrian government.
That, however, didn’t stop Obama; on Oct. 1, 2015, he authorized a shipment of guns to ISIS-linked militants in Syria.
“The approval came at a National Security Council meeting on Thursday,” CNN reported at the time. “…The President also emphasized to his team that the U.S. would continue to support the Syrian opposition as Russia enters the war-torn country.”
Once again, it should be emphasized that the so-called “Syrian rebels” were either ISIS militants or allied with ISIS.
“We are collaborating with the Islamic State and the Nusra Front by attacking the Syrian Army’s gatherings in… Qalamoun [in Syria],” Bassel Idriss, the commander of a Free Syrian Army rebel brigade, told the Lebanese Daily Star in 2014. “ISIS wanted to enhance its presence in the Western Qalamoun area.”
“After the fall of Yabroud and the FSA’s retreat into the hills, many units pledged allegiance to ISIS.”
Another rebel, Abu Ahmed, also said his unit was willing to collaborate with ISIS and its affiliates.
“Fighters feel proud to join al-Nusra [an ISIS affiliate] because that means power and influence,” he told the Guardian.
In fact, at least 29 different Syrian rebel groups had pledged allegiance to the al-Nusra Front.
Clinton even admitted to BBC that these Syrian “rebels” serving the administration’s interests in Syria are terrorists.
“We have a very dangerous set of actors in the region, Al-Qaeda, Hamas, and those who are on our terrorist list, to be sure, supporting – claiming to support the opposition in Syria,” she said.
But that didn’t stop the Obama administration from saving ISIS militants from U.S. airstrikes by giving them a 45-minute warning prior to an airstrike on their oil tankers.
“Get out of your trucks now, and run away from them. Warning: air strikes are coming. Oil trucks will be destroyed. Get away from your oil trucks immediately. Do not risk your life,” the warning leaflets given to ISIS read.
U.S. military pilots also confirmed they were ordered not to drop 75% of their ordnance on ISIS targets because they couldn’t get clearance from their superiors – which is exactly the kind of order the Obama administration would give to protect ISIS.
“We can’t get clearance even when we have a clear target in front of us,” said House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-Calif.)
One of the reasons why the Obama administration sponsored and protected ISIS was because Assad stood in the way of a critical natural gas pipeline that would have deposed Russia as Europe’s primary source of energy.
“Syria is the site of the proposed construction of a massive underground gas pipeline that, if completed, could drastically undercut the strategic energy power of U.S. ally Qatar and also would cut Turkey out of the pipeline flow,” Aaron Klein of WND reported. “Dubbed the ‘Islamic pipeline,’ the project may ultimately favor Russia and Iran against Western energy interests.”
In other words, ISIS is a tool used to geopolitically isolate Russia, which under Putin has deflected attempts by the global elite to bring the country under their control – disconnected from the will of the people.
Additionally, due to the centuries-old conflict between Sunni and Shia Muslims, Sunni-dominated Saudi Arabia, a close Obama ally, wants Assad’s Shia government out of power.
There’s also trillions of dollars in potential oil and gas revenue in Syria that Saudi Arabia could tap into if a Western puppet is placed into power in Syria.
Donald Trump is spot-on: Clinton and Obama have aided and abetted ISIS to achieve their geopolitical objectives shared by their close allies and their predecessors who also created the precursors of ISIS.
This proves beyond a doubt that Trump speaks the truth, and always have,in spite of the hysteric hypes coming from the global elite backed press and politicians from BOTH sides.
The Illuminati/Bilderberg´s evil faction are feeling the ground smoldering beneath their feet and are engaging ALL their ill gotten connections to discredit Trump by twisting simple, true statements into the unrecognizable.
PLEASE,when you read the US press or view the US TV stations, take a BIIIG spoon of salt to everything said, most of it twisted lies.
Theresa May urged to trigger Article 50 ASAP amid fears it can be REVERSED THERESA MAY has been urged to trigger Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty as soon as possible amid fears it could be REVERSED at a later date by pro-EU MPs.
By GREG HEFFER, POLITICAL REPORTER
Tory MP Jacob Rees-Mogg has told Theresa May to trigger Article 50 early next year
The Prime Minister, who has vowed not to invoke the legal mechanism for exiting the EU before 2017, has been told to complete Britain’s departure from the bloc before the next general election. Once Article 50 is activated there is a two-year time-frame before a member state officially ceases to be part of the EU.
The warning to Mrs May to hurry up and get on with the process of exit negotiations comes amid concerns the two-year waiting period could be allowed to straddle a general election.
Both EU law experts and top lawyers have said there is “nothing in the wording” of Article 50 to rule out a departing member state changing its mind even if the clause has already been enacted.
It opens up the possibility of a government less committed to Brexit, or ardently pro-EU, being able to U-turn on the leaving process if elected before Britain’s departure is complete.
Influential Conservative backbench-er and Brexit supporter Jacob Rees-Mogg told Express.co.uk: “It is essential that Brexit is completed before the next election as an incoming government could potentially withdraw an Article 50 request.
“The earliest part of 2017 seems the right time to pull the trigger in the expectation that we would be out of the EU by 2019 with an election the following year.
Labour leadership challenger Owen Smith has pledged to hold a second EU referendum after claiming voters were “clearly misled by the Brexit campaign”.
And just days after the Leave vote on June 23, Liberal Democrat leader Tim Farron vowed to fight the next general election with a promise to keep the UK tied to Brussels.
A leading peer has already threatened to delay the triggering of Article 50 by encouraging the House of Lords to withhold its approval, if the High Court rules Parliament is obliged to be consulted on beginning the exit process. A legal challenge to the Government’s insistence Mrs May does not need Parliament’s authorization on
Article 50 will be heard later this year, adding to worries Brexit could be bogged down in the courts. It is essential Brexit is completed before the next election as an incoming government could potentially withdraw an Article 50 request.
Tory MP Jacob Rees-MoEarlier this year, top EU lawyer Professor Derrick
Wyatt QC told the House of Lords’ EU Committee that Article 50 could legally be reversed.
He told the group of peers: “There is nothing in the wording to say that you cannot. It is in accord with the general aims of the Treaties that people stay in rather than rush out of the exit door.”
He added: “Analysis of the text suggests that you are entitled to change your mind.”
Fellow top lawyer, Sir David Edward QC, told the same committee on the issue of reversing a decision to quit the EU: “It is absolutely clear that you cannot be forced to go through with it if you do not want to: for example, if there is a change of Government.”
There is no explicit mention of whether a decision to leave the EU can be reversed within the two-year timeframe for exit granted by Article 50 within the wording of the treaty.
Professor Tamara Hervey, an academic of EU law at the University of Sheffield, told Express.co.uk this meant it was “legally arguable either way” whether a decision to invoke Article 50 could be reversed.
She added: “Like so many aspects of Brexit, this is surrounded by uncertain

He said: “If the UK withdrew a notification of leaving the EU, I expect that there would be a legal challenge brought by someone who wants to ensure that we leave, arguing that we could not do this as a matter of EU law.
“So ultimately either the UK or EU courts would likely decide this issue.”
A Government spokesperson said: "As the Prime Minister has said, Brexit means Brexit and we are going to make a success of it.
“The referendum campaign was fought, the vote was held, turnout was high, and the public gave their verdict. There must be no attempts to remain inside the EU, no attempts to rejoin it through the back door, and no second referendum.
“The country voted to leave the EU, and it is the duty of the Government to make sure we do just that."
I think it is VERY important we leave the EU soonest possible before the remaining EU countries introduces IMPOSSIBLE conditions for continued access to the European markets, purely in revenge for leaving.
EFTA is not a good solution, which Norway is already trapped in. It means abide by ALL the EU laws and conditions without having anything to say at the table.
